Prior to admissions, we require either one or both parents to schedule a tour of our school.  Please don't bring children to the tour in order for all parents to fully concentrate and be able to participate.  You may call the school (512) 218-4644 to schedule a tour.

 

Below are the step by step process for admission and enrollment:

 

Step 1:  Submit Pre-Admission Form

Download this pre-admission form and fill out.  Call the school and arrange for the school tour.  Provide this form to the school director.

 

Step 2.  School tour

Parents are given a one hour tour of the school.  During this visit, the parents will have the chance to see the entire school, ask questions, and be informed of the school's programs and other information needed to place your child.

 

Step 3.  Selection and Enrollment Notification

Upon receipt of your pre-admission form, the school will review and inform you as soon as possible of the status of your admission.  We accept children on the basis of providing balance into the class by gender or age and contribution to the class.  We never discriminate with regard to religion, cultural background, political beliefs, marital status, disability, national origin or sexual orientation.

Once we see fit, our school director will call contact the parents and we will ask you to complete and sign the final admission form.

 

Step 4. Enrollment Process

Upon signing of the Final Admission form, we need the following from the parents:

  • > Signed receipt of the parents handbook

  • > Tuition and other fees

  • > Vaccination and medical clearance

When our enrollment capacity is reached, we begin to place children on a waiting list.  We place children from the waiting list whenever an existing family has a change in circumstances.
